Here, you should have FTP and use file in control panel. If you don’t use FTP, you can read about it and then use it. At first, you should linked to file manager in control panel. You should lead to the wp content folder after you linked.

In this folder, you have folder that its name is plugins. This folder where save all plugins on your websites. Then you click on plugins folder and change it name. you can put any name on this folder. After all this do, you cant notice but all of your plugins are inactivated.

In general, when you change the folder name, word press will look for the folder with the previous name, but when it cant find it, it causes all plugins automatically are inactivated.

If you are prohibit of your manager region, you can use this way. If you can enter to  admin area, you will see that alerts have been sent to you indicating that the plugin  are inactivated.

if you are worried about your plugins being lost and you no longer have access to the information, we should give you the good news that your plugins are safe. Just return the folder whose name you changed to its previous name. don’t forget that the previous name was the plugins.

Use of FTP for inactivate all plugins are very simple but if you like you can use phpMyAdmin. First of all, you need to back up your database because any wrong process you do in this way can be harmful.

Then you should go to control panel in the database part and click on phpMyAdmin.

After that you go to the table. This tables may be have a different name but you should find a table with wp-options. When you find it, click on it and then you see a table with active plugin name. you click on it.

Option edit in that table can inactivate all plugins. Click on it and write your changes and when click go button, your changes saving. Finally, you can inactivate all your plugins on word press.
